Go to Mobile VR Station

Go to Local Files

Go to All Folders

Go to Android

Go to obb

Go to Scoped Storage Actions

Go to Step 1: Request Access

Go to The First Folder (such as Quest 2, Quest 3, and Quest 3S)

Scroll down until you see the APK

Click on the square in the corner of the file

Click INSTALL
